I would advise them to get an 8 rate / 20 damage helm in there, and a 16% Titanium with a slot or 2, for Aura mode. Do not bother with weapons; they will be of no use past 140. Later on, you can extend the helms for 7/40 or 15/24, depending on preference but for starter levels, 8 rate / 20 damage osmium will suffice.
